By using Appointly (“the service”), you agree to these terms.
The service
Appointly provides AI-assisted appointment-setting and customer-messaging tools for service-based businesses. The service connects to messaging platforms (such as Instagram) on your behalf to qualify leads and schedule appointments.
Your responsibilities
- You must be authorised to grant access to the messaging accounts you connect.
- You must comply with the terms of any platforms you connect (e.g. Meta's).
- You must not use the service to send spam, deceptive content, or unlawful messages.
Our responsibilities
- We provide the service on a best-effort basis with reasonable uptime.
- We protect your data per our Privacy Policy.
- We give you a way to disconnect channels and export or delete your data.
Account termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks the platform or other users.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (booking rates, conversion rates, etc.).
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice in the service.
